Ardezen can create a clear scope of works for aspects of your project you need specific help in.

Ardezen will require a project discovery meeting to determine scope and success metrics of the project. Where there are pre-requisites that can impact the timeline and budget, these are determined up front.

While this model allows clients to complete aspects of their project, its restrictive to allow the team to concurrently work on additional items that naturallyare identified throughthe engagement.

Scope can also change as items which were unclear in initial scoping exercise becomeapparent.

Our most preferred method of engagement. Allows us to ramp up and down in specific services based on what is holding the project back. Leaning into different resources based on what’s needed at the time.

Commitment is provided to Ardezen to allow resources to be secured for the projectfor the durationof the retainer.

Known spend is great for clients to ensure they control spending Allows us to still estimate outcomes to ensure timelines to outcomes is clear.
