Stage 1:
Genetic Selection &
The Pheno Hunt
We begin our growing process by carefully breeding unique exotic genetics that complement market trends. From there we will propagate hundreds of seeds and clones for our 12-24 month pheno-hunt selection process. No strain goes into production before at least a 12 month probationary period to ensure we have selected the right phenotype and terpene profile for each strain.
STAGE 2: Clone & Veg
Our cloning process utilises specific SOPs that focus on a very clean, sterile process within highly specific environments. Once the clones have well established roots, we transplant them into buffered coco coir. Utilizing beneficial microbes to enhance root growth and nutrient uptake. We then veg and top each plant for a period of 15-28 days (depending on the strain and desired branching we need) to achieve maximum production.
STAGE 3: Flowering Stage
As the flowers begin to form and mature, we custom tailor the nutrient regime and pruning techniques to cater to the plants needs. During the flowering cycle we add macro and micro boosters, beneficial microbial teas and foliars.
STAGE 4: Drying & Curing
Full plants will hang for 10-14 days beginning with 48-50% RH and 60 degrees Fahrenheit for the first 2-3 days and then at 58-60% RH and 60 degrees for the remainder of the drying period. The drying process is followed by a hand trim process in a controlled environment that mirrors our curing room. This environment and process ensures we preserve flower structure and trichrome content, while maximizing terpene profiles. The curing process requires up to 21 days of CO2 off-gassing until the flowers have achieved optimal smell, moisture content and bag appeal.
